We sell digital products that you download or access online ("Products").When you buy a Product, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You do not own the content.
Unless we clearly say otherwise in writing, you may not:
Resell, share, sublicense, rent, or give away a Product.
Copy or repost a Product in whole or in part in public.
Use a Product to build a competing product or service.
Remove any copyright, trademark, or ownership notice.
Products are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods. You are responsible for having a device and internet connection that can open the files. File formats and contents may change over time.
All prices are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices may be in U.S. dollars, and you are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees. Payment is handled by our platform partner Beehiiv and its payment processor, Stripe. By buying a Product, you also agree to their terms. We do not store your full card details.You agree to give accurate, current payment information and confirm you are allowed to use the payment method.We may add applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order you have already paid for.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our digital Products.If you are not satisfied, email distilled gems “at” gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. We will refund the amount you paid to your original payment method. We may ask why, so we can improve, but you do not need a detailed reason.We may refuse a refund if we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, or repeated (for example, buying, downloading the full Product, and requesting refunds again and again).Your legal rights are not affected. This guarantee is in addition to rights you may have under consumer law:
Australia: Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a Product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.
New Zealand: Where you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 give you rights that we cannot contract out of.
Canada and the United States: You may have additional rights under local consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms removes a right you cannot legally waive.
